To further uplift the morale and welfare of all the members of the PNP particularly at the NCRPO in line with the “AAA” policing principle of PBGEN ANTHONY A ABERIN, ARD, NCRPO focused on the “Allied” concept, the members of the NCRPO PNP Officers Ladies Club Foundation Incorporated (OLCFI) headed by Mrs. Melinda A. Aberin, Adviser,NCRPO PNP OLCFI together with Mrs. Maita A. Pastor, President, NCRPO PNP OLCFI visited the Eastern Police District personnel at around 2:00PM on March 25, 2025 at the Multi-Purpose Hall of Pasig City Police Station, C. Raymundo Ave., Pasig City.
Mrs. Aberin as the Guest of Honor and Speaker along with the members of NCRPO PNP OLCFI was warmly welcomed by Team EPD headed by PCOL VILLAMOR Q TULIAO, ADD. They were assisted by PCOL LEONARD L LUNA, DDDA, PCOL ALDRINE S GRAN, CDDS along with PCOL HENDRIX B MANGALDAN, COP, Pasig CPS, personnel of District Community Affairs and Development Division led by PMAJ LEOMAR U VICENTE, Admin PCO under the supervision of PLTCOL VINBOY M PACAMARRA, OIC, DCADD.
The program was started with a warm welcome remarks delivered by PLTCOL MA. EDNA Q CATILOGO, Asst., DLD,EPD followed by a brief background of PNP OLC by Mrs. Pastor.
In her message, Mrs. Aberin gratefully acknowledge the hardships and sacrifices of the PNP personnel just to serve and protect the community. She also emphasized the importance of the moral support of the family with unity and hope to achieved the common goal of peace and progress for all.
In line with the 2025 National Women’s month, the activity was participated by 60 women personnel from EPD PaMaMariSan CPS,DHQ and DMFB wherein they were able to gain knowledge and information about Home Care particularly a lectures and demonstration on soap and diswashing liquid production/making to support their families with livelihood opportunities.
Participants received gifts from OLFCI consists of 10 Kgs of Rice, Diswashing Soap Kit, Groceries, Slippers, Hygiene Sops, and Fruits while being serenade by the songs of EPD Bandang Silangan.
The noble deeds of NCRPO PNP OLCFI is a way of showing their love and care to the PNP members and their families bearing their theme: “Agarang Agapay at Alalay para sa Kapulisan at Pamilyang Pulis Handog ng Samahang NCRPO.”
