Arrested person listed as Top 3 Most Wanted Person District Level 2nd Quarter CY 2024 was successfully arrested by the elements of EPD SOU (Lead Unit), EDHPT, DACU, DIU, Pasig Warrant and Subpoena Section and Substation 8 Manggahan, Pasig City at about 1:00 PM of May 7, 2024 at Brgy. Santolan, Pasig City.

According to the report, the accused identified as alias “RC”, CICL was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Presiding Judge JESUS ANGELITO Y HUERTAS JR. of RTC Branch 261, Pasig City dated May 6, 2024.

The said accused was informed of the nature of his arrest and was apprised of his constitutional rights in a dialect understood by him.

Thereafter, alias “RC” was brought to EPD-DSOU office for proper documentation and later to Amang Rodriguez Medical Center for medical examination before being turned- over to Bahay Pag-asa Youth Rehabilitation Center in Nagpayong, Pasig City for custody.###
