EPD’s Intensified Law Enforcement Operation on the ground resulted in the swift and successful arrest of two male suspects involving a series of carnapping incidents in San Juan City on January 7, 2025.

Based on the reports reaching PCOL VILLAMOR Q TULIAO, Officer-in-Charge, EPD, the arrested suspects were identified as Ralph Regor Tillada a.k.a “Ralph”, 29 years old, and his cohort Jasper Zoleta Nolasco a.k.a “Khim”, 19 years old, residents of Mandaluyong City and a certain “Edward” who is still at large.

Investigation disclosed that prior to the arrest, responding officers were able to monitor through CCTV cameras installed in Brgy. Addition Hills, San Juan City and one of the suspects’ a.k.a “Ralph” was caught pushing a motorcycle along with his two cohorts along Mabini St., Brgy. Addition Hills, in the said city prompted to police response and they were able to flag down the suspect “Ralph” for verification. However, the two other suspects fled to different directions.

According to the report, at about 8:45 AM on same date the complainant reported that his motorcycle was stolen while park outside his residence to SS2 San Juan CPS. Upon verification, the said motorcycle was positively identified by the complaint and the same taken cognizance by the elements of SS2 led by PLT MARCELO B MARIÑAS, Deputy Commander and PLT EFRAIM E GARLIT, Chief SWAT of San Juan CPS.

A joint manhunt operation was conducted in Mandaluyong City which led to the successful arrest of suspect aka “Khim”, but a certain aka “Edward” is still subject for police operation.

An intelligence reports revealed that the suspects were involved in the series of carnapping in San Juan City and Quezon City.

Additionally, suspect a.k.a “Khim” has a standing Warrant of Arrest for violation of City/Municipal Omnibus Anti-Smoking/Vaping Ordinance No 730, S-2019.

Meanwhile, the arrested suspects and recovered motorcycle were placed under the custody of San Juan CPS for proper disposition prior to the filing of appropriate charges against them.
