The Mandaluyong City Police Station, EPD under the leadership of PCOL MARY GRACE R MADAYAG, Chief of Police had accomplished the arrest of Top 5 Most Wanted Person through the combined efforts of personnel from Warrant and Subpoena Section led by PCPT GLENZOR A VALLEJO (Lead Unit), in collaboration with the Station Intelligence Unit of Mandaluyong CPS led by PLTCOL RAMIL L ENTERESO, ACOPO/Concurrent Chief, Intelligence Section, WCPD, Mandaluyong CPS led by PCPT KRISTY D PADLAN, EPD-DSOU led by PMAJ RAUL SALLE, EDIT-RIU, NCR led by PLT ARIEL A GALVELO and 2nd MFC, RMFB, NCRPO led by PCPT ARNOLD M LICERIO.

Based on the police report, the arrested person was identified as JESUS JEROME VILLARIN Y CANILAO, male, single, 31 years old (02/03/1993), Tricycle Driver and presently residing at Bik 19A, Welfareville Compound, Brgy. Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City and ranked as District Level Top 5 Most Wanted Person.

The Warrant of Arrest of the accused was served at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, Mandaluyong City at about 12:30pm of April 1, 2024 issued by HON. RIZALINA TULAD CAPCO- UMALI, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 212, Mandaluyong City dated March 14, 2024 for Rape docketed under criminal case no. R-MND-21-02077-CR.

The accused is presently committed at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, Mandaluyong City who was also under detention for his previous offense for Violation of Section 5 Article II of RA 9165.
