ARREST OF TOP 9 MOST WANTED PERSON
Elements of Intelligence Section of this Station arrested the Top 9 Most Wanted Person, Regional Level on October 10, 2024, at about 6:30 PM, at the vicinity of construction site, SM City Clark, Angeles City, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Edwin A Valdez, Presiding Judge Regional Trial Court Branch 192, Marikina City for the crime of Rape under Article 266-A Par. 1 of the RPC as amended by R.A 8353 and further amended by R.A 11648 in relation to section 5(A) of R.A 8369 with Criminal Case No. 2024-2267-MK.
The accused is temporarily detained at Marikina City Police Station Custodial Facility while waiting for the issuance of Commitment Order.
